PowerCart is committed to the fight of the COVID-19 / Novel Coronavirus and the Order issued by the Ontario Government.

In support of our employees and clients who are deemed Essential Services:

  • All non-essential personnel are working remotely from home. Only Support/warehousing personnel are allowed on-site.
  • Continue providing Help Desk Support this includes but is not limited to
    • Answering the Service Line and Emails
    • Courier replacement parts to clients
    • Facilitate on-site support
    • Support 3rd party service providers that support our products on-site at clients.
  • Ship products when requested by clients defined as Essential Services. We are making best efforts to reduce delivery times.
  • Taking on-site precautions to prevent the spread.
  • Part time only on-site office hours (9am to 2pm) as required.

Due to the rapidly changing nature of the situation, we are monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus disease and taking action to ensure the safety of our employees. As the situation changes PowerCart will adjust operations accordingly.
