PowerCart Systems selects the most reliable components along with cutting edge design technology to produce the most reliable and robust mobile powered cart solutions available. This also results in a very low cost of ownership throughout the life of the cart. To continue to receive the most from your investment, only genuine PowerCart replacement parts should be used. Incorporating non-PowerCart components into a PowerCart unit will void all warranties.
- Where a customer experiences any issue with a PowerCart unit, service and help desk support is available during regular business hours (9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday – Friday).
- Based on the user friendly design of our product, most issues can be remedied with a simple troubleshoot over the phone with our help desk.
- Parts can be shipped to any location world-wide with only simple tools required to carry out the replacement.
All PowerCart products come with a one year standard warranty with one year (two years total) and two year(three years total) extensions available. For further info please contact your authorized PowerCart representative for details.
